The request for a zone change for a planned 104-home subdivision on Cleveland Road has been referred to the planning board by the Onondaga Town Board.
Mike Gridley , representing Heritage Homes, presented the request for a change on the 70-acre site to the town board at its Sept. 18 meeting.
The land, which backs up to Cindy Lane just south of Skyline Drive, is zoned R1 (single-family residential).
Three concepts were under consideration for the property:
Under current zoning, build single-family homes on 100-by-200-foot lots with several driveways onto Cleveland Road;
