Polish retailer NFI Empik sets stock price in secondary offer at PLN 10.5; total value PLN 311.5 mln
WARSAW. OCTOBER 20. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Polish retailer NFI Empik Media & Fashion's shares were priced at PLN 10.5 in a secondary public offering of stock held at present by minority shareholders, NFI Empik said in a statement Friday.
"The price was set conditionally and depends on the signing of a price appendix to the underwriting agreement of October 6," the company said, adding its will communicate the adoption of the appendix at a later time.
