Oct. 22--Disclosure forms now required of Florida lobbyists show that the business of influencing the state Legislature could be a $50 million enterprise in Tallahassee. No surprise, then, that even legislators have taken notice. A new national report by the Center for Public Integrity shows that Florida is second only to Texas in the number of lawmakers turned lobbyists, with 60 ex-legislators working the state Capitol hallways last year.
