Oct. 21--You would've thought they had a bit too much of the Two-Buck Chuck.
Grocery groupies were downright giddy as they rushed the doors of Trader Joe's on Friday for the California retailer's debut in metro Atlanta.
"I've been waiting eight years -- eight years -- without their frozen food section," said Julie Wheeler, a former San Franciscan who now lives in Marietta. She took the day off from her insurance job to fill up her cart with Trader Joe's private-label goods, the chain's calling card.
Wheeler reached into her cart and pulled out a bag of frozen peppers called "Melange a trois."
