GORGEOUS Harriet Hrafnsson looks relaxed and happy as she poses for the camera to celebrate her first modelling contract.
The smiles and celebrations are a world away from the stresses and strains faced by the angelic six-year-old and her family in the first year of her life.
Harriet was born Valentine's Day 2000.
But smiles of joy quickly turned to tears of despair when doctors diagnosed chronic liver failure and gave her just 48 hours to live.
