Oct. 24--Ohio State University closed a second elevator in Stradley Hall yesterday, three days after a freshman was crushed to death when he tried to get off an overcrowded, descending elevator. Investigators also released more details from the bizarre death of Andy Polakowski in the south campus dormitory Friday night. The elevator was empty until 13 women and 11 men boarded it together from the third-floor lobby, officials said yesterday.
