Oct. 25--Jane Reese's father survived World War II, but he lost his battle with emphysema. That's part of the reason why the 46-year-old Victoria woman wants you to attend a free and local lung health fair today from 2 to 4 p.m. "I think that the more you know, the better you can care for yourself, and prevent issues later in life that will affect the quality of your life," said Reese, the administrator of Victoria's Warm Springs Rehabilitation Center. The lung health fair is at Warm Springs on Medical Drive. Shawn Todd wants to you attend the fair, too.
