ACF governance reform

ACF's Governance Committee tabled a discussion paper with four options for the reform of ACF's governing structures, and this was debated at length.

The Governance Committee had identified the third option, 'Option C', as its preferred model because it addressed the need to establish a more effective governance system, with clearer governance roles and lines of accountability, without undermining the organisation's democratic structure.
