BEIJING, Oct 27 Asia Pulse - The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) have given the nod to the long expected equity premium scheme by state-owned listed companies.
A circular issued here on October 24 by the two government bodies said the SASAC and MOF would be in charge of conducting trial equity premium scheme over state-owned listed companies with differentiated means.
