Oct. 29--Little is certain for Fernando Martinez, the furniture designer opening a one-man show Thursday at the Bendheim Gallery in Greenwich.
Ask him and he'll happily say he prefers it that way. "I think of my furniture art as a form of communication with myself and other people looking at the work," says the artist during a recent conversation at his Port Chester, N.Y., studio.
