Oct. 29--Serial entrepreneur Nolan Bushnell founded the Chuck E. Cheese's chain of pizza and playland restaurants nearly three decades ago.

Now, he wonders aloud whether the Cheese has aged well. "Chuck E. Cheese's should be an innovative entertainment place," said Mr. Bushnell, who launched Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theater in 1977, about six years after founding video game pioneer Atari Corp. "It's still animals, attractions, the ball crawl. I don't see a lot of innovation or change.
