Phaedra Parks, Bobby Brown's attorney, tells JET that her client "is a great father" and "is actually a very nice individual."

But a family judge in Massachusetts doesn't think so. Norfolk Probate and Family Court Judge Paula Carey has ordered the singer arrested if he steps foot in the state after Brown failed to show up for a hearing over delinquent child support payments.

Brown, a Boston native, is the father of LaPrincia, 16, and Bobby Jr., 14, whose mother is Kim Ward of Stroughton.
