FDIC Federal Credit Union (FDIC FCU) faced a significant challenge-how to efficiently produce and execute documents for its members located in the nation's capitol, but also across the country.
Founded in 1935, FDIC FCU has $70 million in assets and approximately 9,000 members scattered across the U.S. FDIC FCU is the bank examiner's credit union and serves FDIC family members and contractors to the FDIC Corporation.
Half of FDIC FCU's members do not use its local branch, so the credit union has always tried to serve its members through electronic means.
