Oct. 30--RIO DE JANEIRO -- Put on notice a month ago by Brazilian voters fed up with scandal and corruption, President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva stormed back Sunday to win re-election to a four-year term. The Workers Party icon who came of age in the factories of Sao Paulo pledged to bridge Brazil's yawning gap between rich and poor.
