Oct. 30--RIO DE JANEIRO -- Put on notice a month ago by Brazilian voters fed up with scandal and corruption, President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva stormed back Sunday to win re-election to a four-year term. The Workers Party icon who came of age in the factories of Sao Paulo pledged to bridge Brazil's yawning gap between rich and poor. But unlike some fellow left-of-center leaders in South America, the 61-year-old president universally known as Lula does not speak of revolution.
