Who are baby boomers anyway? Are they near-retirement employees who enjoy listening to the Beach Boys, Ray Charles and the Rolling Stones? Or, are they the seasoned employees who can remember Ronald Reagan was an actor before he was the President of the United States. Or, are they the employees who can still change the typewriter ribbon on the one and only Remington typewriter still left in the building.
Yes indeed, they are all this and even more. In a crunch, they are usually the employees who supervisors turn to when an ominous deadline is looming. Because, baby boomers have the experience to get the job done, even in a crisis.
