Oct. 31--OCEANSIDE -- The California Nurses Association is using buses and cell phones to bring a statewide campaign down to the local level.
A charter bus emblazoned with "Yes on 89" decals, was parked in front of Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside on Monday afternoon. In the morning the same bus was stationed at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Encinitas. And on Saturday the promotional vehicle stopped at Palomar Pomerado Health's two hospitals in Escondido and Poway.
Later this week the tour will continue to UCSD Medical Center in San Diego.
