Occasionally, a piece of research comes along that warrants republishing, especially when it pertains to multiple audiences that may not have the opportunity to read it in other venues. Such is the case with the article that follows by Salyers, Ritchie, Luellen, and Roseman (2006), which was originally published in the September 2005 issue of Counselor Education and Supervision (CES).
