Model SLF-500 ultrasonic flowmeter from Flow Technology is a clamp-on ultrasonic meter capable of measuring bi-directional flow through small, plastic and lined pipes without altering the piping. The meter has no moving parts and employs digital signal processing for accuracy and repeatability of [+ or -] 0.2%. The same unit can be used on line sizes from 1 to 12 in. without recalibration and covers a range of flow rates.
