Few actors have made as big an impression in as short a period of time as Jersey City native Derek Luke has since starring in his first film Antwone Fisher (2002), and he hasn't stumbled since, starring in Friday Night Lights (2004) and Glory Road. In his latest release, Phillip Noyce's Catch a Fire, Luke plays the South African antiapartheid rebel Patrick Chamusso. Tim Robbins co-stars in the movie as the police officer trying to track Chamusso down. Robbins caught up with Luke at the Toronto Film Festival, where they played upstairs, downstairs in their hotel.
