In the sneaky, underhanded world of the NFL's weekly injury report, "questionable" is defined as having a 50 percent chance of playing. For the mathematically impaired, that also means a 50 percent chance of not playing.
In other words, nearly by definition, anything goes. And it almost always does.
"When you see somebody [Indianapolis] come out of a bye week and have 19 people questionable, it is what it is," Vikings coach Brad Childress said. "It speaks volumes to what that thing really means."
Of those 19 players, 15 played and six started that week.
