Nov. 1--The trick-or-treat bag continues to swell in both multistate lotteries.
Last night's Mega Millions drawing produced no jackpot winners, so Friday's drawing will be worth $42 million.
But five tickets -- none purchased in New Jersey -- matched five of the winning digits for a $250,000 prize.
The numbers were 5, 34, 40, 45 and 46, with a Mega Ball of 21.
Bigger money is to be had in tonight's Powerball lotto.
Tonight's jackpot is up to $93 million since no one matched the six winning numbers -- 14, 22, 30, 38, 41 and the Powerball of 12 -- in Saturday's drawing.
