BG PROPERTY Consultants (BGPC) is marketing apartments from EU16,500 in the historic city of Rostock on the Baltic coast of Germany -- with blocks of between nine and ten fully tenanted apartments available from EU330,000.
Brian Gorman of BGPC (originally from Navan) says that all apartments come with a guaranteed net yield for ten years.
The property consultant is selling a total of 540 apartments in a 42 block Rostock development. He reports that around 100 units have already been snapped up by Irish buyers from around the country.
