Nov. 2--This Christmas you can buy a loved one Starbucks Coffee. Not just a cup or a bag -- the whole building. The Fort Worth, Texas, company that developed the new Starbucks inside the old Firestone Tire building at the corner of Fairfield Avenue and Jefferson Boulevard downtown is selling the property for $1,452,308. That's equivalent to 301,308 grande-sugar-free-vanilla-one extra shot-soy lattes at $4.82. N3 Capital, LLC transformed the vacant, environmentally challenged and art-deco-style structure into a 1,751-square-foot coffee shop with an indoor-outdoor patio that opened late last month.
