CLEVELAND, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Resilience Capital Partners (http://www.resiliencecapital.com/), a Cleveland-based private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of substantially all of the assets of SpecialtyChem Products Corporation of Marinette, Wisconsin. SpecialtyChem filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on June 12, 2006. The new company will be known as ChemDesign Products, Inc.
