Nov. 4--The odds are astronomical that DNA recovered from a possible rape victim doesn't belong to a Phoenix man arrested by the task force investigating the Baseline Killer, court documents state. Prosecutors laid out some of their case in court documents against Mark Goudeau, 42, who is accused of a Sept. 23, 2005, rape of two sisters, one of 23 rapes, robberies and slayings attributed to the Baseline Killer since August 2005. Authorities continue to investigate the other crimes.
