Nov. 5--BETTER MARKETING: Changing circumstances can cost agriculture producers thousands of dollars when marketing missteps happen.
The Advanced Topic Series, a part of Extension's Master Marketer Educational System, can help producers navigate dangerous waters. The series consists of nine short courses designed to help producers get the most current information from experts, said Steve Amosson, Extension economist and project coordinator in Amarillo.
"We see the progressive farmers, the ones who want to add to their bottom line by adding to their expertise, attend these programs," Amosson said.
