Nov. 6--Three years ago, after receiving anonymous complaints regarding prostitution, El Cerrito police sent an undercover officer into a massage business on San Pablo Avenue. After the officer asked for a massage, the practitioner told him to get naked, police say. After about 15 minutes, she allegedly had him roll over on his back and accepted money to have sex. The woman was arrested. In the past three years, El Cerrito police have investigated four massage businesses suspected of housing prostitution, including one that was shut down.
