With the redesign of its Web site, APQC has made it easier for companies to locate the organization's wealth of benchmarking data and knowledge.
APQC, an industry association focused on process and performance improvement, is particularly well-known for its Open Standards Benchmarking Collaborative (OSBC) Database.
