PISCATAWAY, N.J. -- The American Red Cross Hurricane Recovery Program has contracted with QualCare, Inc. to process claims and invoices for their new program Access to Care.
Effective October 1, 2006, the Red Cross, through Access to Care, will help Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma obtain mental health and substance abuse treatment. The Program targets survivors who have experienced distress due to the hurricanes and are in need of professional treatment.
