Warren M. Thompson, founder of Thompson Hospitality Corporation, has been named as the 2006 recipient of the Hitchcock Humanitarian Award. This award is given to an outstanding member of the community each year in honor of Alfred Hitchcock's great granddaughter, Melissa, who succumbed to cystic fibrosis several years ago.
