PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Hercules Technology Growth Capital (NASDAQ:HTGC) announced today that it will be included in a new exchange-traded fund (ETF), PowerShares Listed Private Equity Portfolio, which is based on the Red Rock Listed Private Equity Index (LPE Index) created by Red Rock Capital Partners. It began trading today, October 24, 2006, on the American Stock Exchange, under the symbol PSP.
