A retail property in Little Rock changed hands in a $2.2 million deal.
St. Mark Baptist Church bought the neighboring 5600-5712 W. 12th St. property from Moco Investment Ltd., led by James Mosley.
The deal is funded with a two-year loan of $2.2 million from Little Rock's Bank of the Ozarks. The 1.7-acre development previously was linked with an October 1998 mortgage of $2.5 million held by One Bank & Trust of Little Rock.
