Company Raises Guidance for Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2006
WASHINGTON, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Blackboard Inc. today announced financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2006 and provided guidance for the fourth quarter and the full year of 2006.
Blackboard's third quarter revenue was $50.4 million, an increase of 40 percent over the same period in 2005.
