Nov. 7--University of Wisconsin redshirt freshman tailback P.J. Hill loves to see backup offensive lineman Danny Kaye come into the game as an extra tight end.
That means offensive coordinator Paul Chryst is in a mood to pound the ball on the ground.
"It's always good," Hill said. "Because we have a big front. You put another (bigger) guy out there, it's more push on the defenders, just more bulk."
The Badgers have used Kaye, 6-foot-8 and 318 pounds, and freshman offensive lineman Jake Bscherer, 6-7 and 285, as extra tight ends this season when they wanted to run the ball, making a big offensive line even bigger. ...
