SAN DIEGO -- Mitek Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MITK) announced that it filed today with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Registration Statement on Form S-4 containing a preliminary Proxy Statement/Prospectus and other materials relating to the Company's proposed merger with Parascript, LLC, of Boulder, Colorado, and Mitek common stock to be issued in connection with the transaction.
