SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- BridgeLux, Inc., a leading supplier of energy saving LED chips to high-volume solid state lighting market segments, today announced it has filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit filed against it by Cree, Inc. and Boston University on September 12, 2006 alleging infringement of US Patent Numbers 6,657,236 and 5,686,738.
