NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Pinnacle Financial Partners (Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP)has grown deposit market share faster than any other financial institution in the Nashville-Davidson-Murfreesboro MSA in the past year and cumulatively over the past five years since its inception, according to the latest data from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) issued today.
While five large regional institutions continue to maintain the top market share spots, the latest FDIC data shows Pinnacle grew its market share at least 1.9 percent more than any of the regionals between June 30, 2005, and June 30, 2006.
