NEW YORK -- The Board of Trustees of Lehman Brothers First Trust Income Opportunity Fund (NYSE: LBC) has declared monthly distributions of $0.11 per share for the months of October and November.
Distributions will be payable on October 31, 2006 and November 30, 2006, to shareholders of record on October 24, 2006 and November 22, 2006, respectively.
Under the Fund's Automatic Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the ''Plan''), each common shareholder will have all distributions automatically reinvested in additional common shares of the Fund by Investors Bank & Trust, as agent for shareholders pursuant to the Plan, unless the shareholder elects to receive cash or ...
