SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- Three M Property Management, a full-service commercial real estate firm, recently negotiated a new lease between tenant Aga John, Inc. and landlord Black Mountain Investors, LLC. Three M Property Management specializes in helping companies identity facilities that meet their needs currently and in the future. J.D. Manning, of Three M Property Management, brokered the two-year lease transaction.
The 9,223-square-foot facility, located at 15530 N. Greenway-Hayden Loop in Scottsdale, will be used as a showroom for Aga John's oriental rug, flooring, and furniture and accessories business.
