On both sides of the ephedra debate people remain passionate about their position, but there is only one conclusion.
Ephedra was back in the headlines recently and to some in the industry it was not good news. The United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit handed down its decision in Nutraceuticals Corp., et al. v.Andrew von Eschenbach, et al. As some may remember, Nutraceuticals Corp. and Solaray were successful in 2005 in limiting FDA's ability to completely ban ephedra from use in dietary supplements.
