LOU Raffel, recalling his 30 years as chief executive officer at the American Egg Board (AEB), said his work at the board has been challenging and exciting, and there was never a day when he thought about doing anything else.
"This is a good industry, it has been extremely supportive," he said during an interview with Feedstuffs earlier this month in Chicago, Ill., where the board is based.
Raffel (pictured) is retiring this year, having served as AEB's only CEO since its establishment in 1976.
