THE Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine broke ground Oct. 21 on the new Dr. W. Eugene & Linda Lloyd Veterinary Teaching Hospital.
The renovation and expansion project increases the college's total space by 25%. It will significantly update the 30-year-old existing hospital facilities, enabling clients, patients, students, faculty and staff to benefit from rapidly advancing technology and discoveries in veterinary medicine.
Highlights of the 55,000 sq. ft. project for equine and large animals include:
