The European Commission (EC) and Germany's regulator say they have agreed that the national agency will prepare for what the EC calls a "deeper analysis of the wholesale leased lines markets" in the country - an analysis that is widely construe to be onerous for the dominant carrier Deutsche Telekom (DT).
A give-and-take communications process between the EC and the Bonn-based Regulatory Authority for Telecom and Posts (RegTP) - a.k.a.
