DETROIT, June 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Michigan teachers who introduce their students to the information superhighway can compete for $25,000 in the Ameritech Teacher Excellence Awards competition.
The program honors educators who use innovative approaches to technology in their curriculum. Five cash awards of $5,000 each will be presented.
Projects using interactive video, voice messaging, personal computers, CD ROM or laser disks in conjunction with telecommunications are eligible for consideration.
