Nov. 10--The time has come for Penn's new basketball coach, Glen Miller, to send his squad out to play a game that counts. The Quakers will open their season tonight against Texas-El Paso in the Black Coaches Association Invitational in Syracuse, N.Y. Syracuse and St. Francis (N.Y.) will meet in the second game of the doubleheader in the three-day round-robin event.
