Nov. 10--The closing of Aberdeen's Sixth Avenue Pizza Hut was just the first step in a three-step process. Aberdeen's two Pizza Huts merged into one when the Pizza Hut at 1926 Sixth Ave. S.E. closed its doors Oct. 31. The staffs of the two stores are now working at the 405 N.W. U.S. Highway 281 location. But Pizza Hut will be located there for only about six months. A new Pizza Hut is being built in front of the former Wal-Mart location.
