IN DEALING WITH USERS, I'M CONTINUALLY SURPRISED BY HOW MANY OF them are jumping through Microsoft's hoops to locate files with Windows Explorer. I suppose I shouldn't be, given all of the detailed manuals and tutorials that come with Windows. When I'm working a site where the IT support personnel ghost all of the PCs with the same image, I'm even more befuddled by the default settings that they use to install Windows Explorer, for they should know better.
