Nov. 12--HARLINGEN -- Bob Hildebrandt couldn't resist the offer.
He usually escapes his Ohio home in December and travels to the Rio Grande Valley for sunshine and warmth. But this year, Hildebrandt recei- ved a phone call notifying him about a $99 special November rent at Fun N Sun RV Resort in San Benito. "You can't beat that price," Hildebrandt said. "It's easier to come here in November than it is in December when the weather (in Ohio) could possibly be 10 degrees below zero."
