TROY, Mich., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- CareTech Solutions, Inc., a healthcare information technology (IT) and health information management (HIM) services provider, has announced that Yampa Valley Medical Center (YVMC) of Steamboat Springs, Colo. has signed a new five year IT outsourcing agreement effective October 1, 2006.
