Arias, who earned his citizenship in the year 2000, went from poverty to success as the owner of a pair of Dallas businesses, Masonry and Stucco Services and United State GC Builders, LLC. The road that took him from his past life in a small Mexican town to his current state was possible only through perseverance. "It takes time, and it takes dedication.
